Windy fun thing to do in the off season at the Golden Spike National Historical

Exceeded expectations. Not a far drive from Salt Lake although we drove up from Willard Peak Campground in Willard, Utah. This is a very worthwhile trip to take. Super nice displays in the museum end of it and there were two replica locomotives that were pretty impressive. There is an App NPS but I feel it needs to be updated (times are not updated).

Awesome place to see where the transcontinental railroad was finished

This is located in the middle of nowhere for sure. The Rangers do a super great job of bringing in context and reviewing the best parts of the history of the location.

We are fans of remote landmarks. We came off season and it was cold but we didn't care - the drive was 10000% AWESOME.

Paid $20
6200 N 22300 W, Corinne UTAH
(there is a NASA lawn museum before getting here that's pretty amazing).

Golden Spike is not an oversized tooth-pick (just saying) according to Me Gone RVing Adventures -
go see for yourself...

Are you a train collector? Ohhhh this one takes the cake
